STAGES 10-12 - RELEASING SOON!

 Stages 10-12, consisting of 22 Lots, is now substantially under construction, with works commencing in late 2025. Construction work is scheduled for completion around July/ August 2026. Lot sizes in these stages range from 810 to 1146 m2. These stages include of a secluded cul de sac (Stage 12) and a number of elevated lots providing glimpses of the Pacific Ocean. Lots have wide frontages typically above 22 metres.

The stage continues the trend within Bargara Rise to date with large lots, wide frontages, wide roads, street trees and concrete paths that link through the estate all the way to the iconic Archies and Kellys Beaches. The strong building covenant that applies to all lots in the estate has ensured a high quality of new homes in the estate.

There is already a long list of registered buyers for these stages. Interested buyers should register their interest now. Lot prices are expected to be released around May/ June.
